We are using LG SuperSign W/Lite, however we are unable to update, change or delete content.

We are using LG SuperSign W/Lite, however we are unable to update, change or delete content. When we log into the LG SuperSign Editor, we are presented with the error message "Failed to retrieve server library information. Error Code: EC-0015." Has anybody else used SuperSign and received this error message? How do you clear out this error?

    For anyone who might run into a similar issue, I figured out what was causing the issue.

    Two of the images used in our playlist were deleted/moved from their original location required by the playlist. When SuperSign Editor launched, as it looked for those files, they no longer existed. I have no direct proof that the error message EC-0015 is related to missing images required by slides within the presentation, however restoring those two files cleared out the error message.
