We have been trying to get our TV repaired or replaced for over 2 months now. The picture started intermittently going out after 2.5 months of ownership. LG sent a repair person who tried to replace multiple parts, supplied by LG, but ultimately determined that the TV needed to be replaced. We have been given the runaround and are now being told that our "request" for replacement was denied. How could a "request" be denied...this is a warrantied product...the manufacturer should be honoring the warranty. The way that we have been treated by LG is disrespectful and downright wrong, given that we purchased the TV AND A WARRANTY. If anyone has had success with a similar issue, PLEASE advise.
