LG ThinQ No Longer Connects

We have 3 LG TVs. I had the ThinQ app connected to control all 3 of them. Now, one of them stopped connecting, while the other 2 still work.

We have 3 LG TVs. I had the ThinQ app connected to control all 3 of them. Now, one of them stopped connecting, while the other 2 still work. The one that stopped working is the oldest one, from 2015, model # 60UF-7300. The TV is still connected to WiFi. However, the app just shows it as disconnected. I deleted the TV from the app to register it again and just get the message "There is a problem on the TV. Please click the 'Retry' button and try again". I've been searching online for answers and can't find anything helpful. Any idea why it's no longer connecting and what I can do to resolve it?
