I received the SK1 brand new today and plugged it in to use with my desktop computer. I was able to pair it via bluetooth with my desktop and it worked properly for about 20-30 minutes. I left my pc and when I came back the sound bar was off (1 red led) and the remote couldn't turn on the sound bar or do anything.

I decided to unplug and restart the sound bar, only to find that within about 15 seconds, the 2 LEDs in front started blinking red rapidly and the the sound bar seemingly turned off and 1 LED was solid red...and again remote didn't work.

I unplugged and replugged again, racing this time to pair my pc via bluetooth. When it connected, no sound came out and again, it started blinking red rapidly from 2 front LEDs and then went off.

Nex try was using a 3.5mm cable from the sound bar to my phone. Same deal.

I've also tried different outlets thinking it might be power related.

I have had the EXACT same issue - item brand new out of the box, not even 24 hours old!
