Anyone in Canada using Bell Fibe + LG CX able to get the guide to work for them?
Using the menu button I am able to launch the guide for a split second but then it closes.
Looking for a little guidance from fellow Canadian CX owners.
I have a new CX and my Shaw Set Top Guide is not available as well. If I go thru auto channel scan it can't find any.

Did you try going to settings- all settings- device connection settings- universal control settings- connecting a new device.
On the next screen hit Next and then choose set top box. Choose the HDMI input your set top box is connected.
Follow the prompts to CHange channel. Keep selecting the channel button until the channel actually changed and then continue finishing setup.
mom able to get everything on my Bell Fibe, except the guide, using this setup method.
