Hello, I have a new Muli V AC system. The wall units have the Smart ThinQ label, but the setup on the app does not work for me. I am supposed to hit 2 button on the remote, except...I don't have a remote. I have CRC1 thermostat. Thanks
Hi. Trying to connect my new LG washer and dryer to IFTTT so that I can receive notifications on my Amazon Echo Show in the house when a cycle has ended, but apparently support of IFTTT has been terminated. If this is true can you please let me know if it will be supported again in the future, or if there are plans to add a notification support through Alexa? Where as the Smart ThinQ app is very useful in some situations, notifications through a central smart home hub would be much better, especially if the units are in an area where you can't hear the audio alert. Thanks.
How is it possible this is so broken? I registered a TV in the app. Then I logged out of the app and back in and the TV does not appear in the app. When I link the account to Google Assistant the account is linked and the TV shows in the Home App. I cannot see it, control it or rename it in the LG Smarthinq app, however. I can register it again in the App, and control it from the app, but if I log out of the app and back in it is gone again. So, I cannot rename it in the app. I have two other LG TVs. If I add them to the app they disappear if I log out and back in. They do not sync to Google home. The only TV I can see if I use Google home is the original tv, which I can not access or rename in the LG app.
I tried registering the LG app using another Email address and it does the same thing, but also I cannot even link that to Google home. It acts like it registers, it gives no error message, but it is not registered. I have tried several times.
Today, sleep timer stopped working in Google home. If I tell it to set sleep timer to 45 minutes it tells me it can set the sleep timer to between 1 minute and 4 hours, and doesn't set the timer.
I need to register my 3 TVs and my washer and dryer and be able to control them with the LG app and Google home. The app is completely broken and completely useless.
Are there any plans to enable the Alexa skill Smart ThinQ in Mexico? I just got a 65UM76 UHD tv that has Alexa built in but i can't control it with my Echo Dot because the skill is only available in US.
I have tried to connect my A/C ARNU24GM1A4 to SmartThinQ with PMFMDD200 and it failed. I am getting the message "The SmartThinQ app does not support this product"

Loved the app until last week when they did some kind of upgrade to it. Now I cannot set up a schedule anymore as when i click Add schedule a box pops up saying Notice: please retry for normal operation. when i click on my pre-existing schedule the same box pops up but it changes my schedule forward 1 hour. Why the update if it makes things more difficult.
I purchased a LG WM3700HWA in May. I have been unable to connect the washer to the SmartThinq app. My wi-fi signal reaches the basement, but, I placed a network extender near the machine and I still cannot connect. This is crazy since my neighbor's networks appear on my phone. I'm beginning to think the machine is defective. Is there any way to check to see if the wi-fi antenna in the machine is working? If it is indeed faulty, will the machine be replaced? Thank you.
Please try the following troubleshooting steps if you're still experiencing connection issues.

I have an LG 40Thinq Android phone from Sprint. It has been working great until yesterday. I receive an incoming call or if I make a call I do not hear audio unless I put call on speaker phone. I then have two way audio. I have powered phone off/ on and turned off Bluetooth connections . No change. I have adjusted volume settings … no change. If I talk into the phone speaker the other party can hear me but I cannot hear them . Please help with a solution to my problem .
I would just like to know how to download the complete, detailed manual for a new washer WT7250C (-300C). I followed the instructions, pulled up the barcode, typed in the URL (about 40-50 symbols), but all I get is the same manual (which calls itself 'abbreviated') that came with the washer. The detailed version explains all the settings for washing, as well as setting up the wi-fi. Help please. Not a happy LG customer right now.
I am also having the same issue with my and my Wife's Android's, We had our LG Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher and TV all connected to the SmarThinQ app, and was working perfectly, now these past couple of weeks we get the Failed to Connect to Server, Message on our app. So this is obviously something on LG's end.
How to set up Tv for Google home on lg uk6780pte I am in india and i am unsure if the feature of controlling Tv using Google home is available in India? If not, when can I exited it to be rolled out?
need help on the same thing. Server can't connect. Try again later. I don't really want to lurk around the LG community page all day so I'm going to call them
I get the same thing with our fridge using my Android phone. However, using my wife's IPhone it connects right up with issues. So guessing something with Androids.
i just got the WT7300CW washer and the DLE7300WE dryer.... specifically for their wifi capabilities. my wifi signal is strong enough to reach down the street, and works just fine downstairs in my laundry room for my computer, phone and chromecast. I have tried repeatedly to set up my washer and dryer with the app. with the washer i get - "you are connected to wifi, but there is no internet access (no network connection). i have uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app. i have unplugged and replugged the appliances. what gives? it should NOT be this difficult to get these appliances set up!
Hello, I dont work the application, it seems that there is no
response from the server. I'll send the appendix to what appears to me (server failed to connect). This message appears when I open the application, then the application closes in a moment. I
have a LG washing machine F4J7FH1W. My phone model is Samsung galaxy
s6. Several times I've restarted a router, the phone and has downloaded a new application , and so does not work, show this. The only thing that comes to the phone is that the laundry is washed out. message.
Just took delivery of Washer WD1411SBW, and also affected by the non network issue. TV works fine otherwise. Status is always checking/waiting or blank. Did first wash, and did receive notification that it was complete and to remove clothes. Ideas?
UPDATE: Just tested on wife's iPhone on iOS 12, and all is well with Washer. My iPhone is on iOS 13 beta. That said, inconsistent where TV works fine with iOS 13, but Washer doesn't.
UPDATE 2: Works just fine with 5ghz network.
UPDATE 3: EUREKA! Was forced to do a reset all settings on iPhone, and voila, very glitch has been fixed including this one. So while it is a last resort (as one has to set up all prefs again), it is recommended as a form of spring cleaning after doing a major update (not via iTunes). Working in iOS 13 and 5ghz.
I am having trouble setting up my account for the Smart ThinQ app. It keeps telling me I need to verify the gmail, but no email is showing up for me to verify. Actually, a couple of emails have come through bur within minutes the link was invalid. I have an LG account for this community, I was hoping it would work for the app as well.
I bought more than 20 AC units for the reason to control them form distance. I managed to connect all of them on my network and everything was fine, but then one after another got disconnected. Each time I connect them again I get the same problem after a short time. Now, all of them are disconnected!!!
I realized this a common issue and would like to know if you have came up with a solution.
When I add LG smart thinq to Google home, It reported success but doesn't display TV device in google home. Can you help me?. When I use google assistant feature on my TV, It display LG does not support your region but I know it has been supported in Australia.
My steps:
1. Create account LG from LG Smart thinq app (Australia / English)
2. Add TV device in LG Smart thinq app
3. Set up google assistant vào My TV với tạo tạo tài khoản LG Smart thinq
4. Add LG Smart thinq on my google assistant at my mobiephone:
- Ok goole, Ask Google => LG does not support your region (but I know it has been supported in Australia.)
- Next I add by manual: Open Google assistant app on my mobiephone, I search LG Smart thinq and add => App successful report but I don't find device on my google assistant.
I did everything that I was told - this department never got back to me when I emailed them. Obviously LG doesn’t know how to fix the problem with the app not working correctly.
Just got the DLEX 3900W dryer. Says it can connect with the app, but the directions in the app don’t work. Troubleshooting in the app does not have this model listed, but verified the description does say it will connect with SmartThinQ app. Any suggestions?
