    Hi.

    Yes, this is where you can ask questions, and the community can provide answers.  We monitor the forums during normal business hours, but this isn't the place to get the fastest answers, but the most exposure to other LG owners that may have had similar experiences, and can offer their resolutions. 

    If you're looking for a faster response, your best bet is to use the Social channels (Facebook or Twitter), Live Chat on LG.com, or call.

    Hey Nimi,

    To add to what @Ryan said, it seems you are having issues with S Protection. When the S Protection error arises, it is likely caused by the amplifier protection being triggered. In order to properly address this kind of issue, we recommend you contact Customer Service to have it repaired.
