No windows 7 driver for monitor

I'm stuck with Windows 7. I have a 24MK430H-B monitor. The website only list Windows 10 drivers. What to do?  Are the W7 drivers hidden somewhere?

Is there a way to make the monitor work?

Edit: The selection under multi-windows monitor drivers
does not include LED LCD monitors like mine.

Edit: Following a suggestion elsewhere, I tried doing without a new driver and it worked.

I too am a current Windows 7 user.  Just purchased a LG 27ML60TM monitor.  Cannot install the driver that comes on the CD that came with the monitor - LG Driver installer says:  Installation Failed.  In Win 7 SAFE MODE, can get monitor to work - any resolution.  But, with any Win 7 resolution setting, PC begins normal boot-up, then displays "Out of Range" on the monitor.  There are no Win7 settings on my Control Panel that allow me to adjust the re-fresh rate.  Am really not wanting to upgrade to Win 10, or buy a new PC, but running Win 7 is SAFE MODE is crap too.

    Any ideas ??
