Our TV is approximately 1 year old. It has worked great thus far; however, for the last week, the TV has been unable to have continuous connection to our wireless network. It will connect, work great for a few minutes (max), and then disconnect itself. All of our other devices are not having any issues, and our WiFi speed is great. When I’m in the network settings menu, sometimes it will not even show all or any available networks. I have tried some of the tips I’ve found online (such as adjusting the location and time/date settings, unplugging everything, etc), and nothing has worked. Any ideas on how to get our tv to connect?

    Hello ACKERMANR,

    Would you like to try a hard reset?
    Make sure the tv is ON, Do a hard reset.
    1. Turn it off, and unplug it from the power outlet.
    2. While the unit is turned off, look for the power button on the unit itself, press and hold it for about 15 seconds. 
    3. Unplug all devices connected at the back of the unit. Let the TV rest for about 1 minute, then turn on again
