AC Unit Will Not Connect to the Smartthinq App

I can see that the unit is connected to the wifi, but when I enter the password given by LG to join the LGE-AC network (lge12345), it says Unable to Join Network LG_AC-xx-xx-xx.

I can see that the unit is connected to the wifi, but when I enter the password given by LG to join the LGE-AC network (lge12345), it says Unable to Join Network LG_AC-xx-xx-xx.
I have tried everything from deleting and reinstalling the app, to deleting the Product from the app, to rebooting the wall mounted AC unit.
The app will not connect. Help!
