Our washer model is WM3700HWA with the latest software update. We are using the latest version of the ThinQ app on iPhones with iOS 13. Our ISP is Comcast.
Everything has been working as expected with the washer for the past few weeks. We were away last week. After returning home the washer worked as expected.
If the dryer stays connected and consistently reports properly in the ThinQ app, its seems unlikely to me that the fault is with your Wi-Fi or Internet connection.
Hopefully there is a fix forthcoming soon to address your situations as well!
