I'm going to throw my hat in the ring here because I find it sort of ridiculous that this problem is so widespread and hasn't been addressed yet.To summarize my issues, I basically have the exact problem as listed above. The dryer I have works fine.202.13: Seemed to work, but i didn't have the washer that long before 202.14 was pushed so it may have been broken then too.202.14: This completely broke the wifi connectivity leading to the "disconnected" bug202.15: Now lists "power off" instead of disconnected. Also the wifi icon on the washer goes off, which it did not do previously. App does not update and you have to delete and re add. It basically doesn't make it through one full cycle before it will stop updating I've also called customer support (before I looked here) and they claimed they were unaware of the issue, sent me through multiple troubleshooting steps over multiple phone calls. None of which worked. To which they told me someone from their SmartThinQ team would call me back. They never did.
