Either lg or the service center they sent me to are scamming me.

Lg has sent me to a service center to fix my broken ubk90 that is under warranty. Lg's warranty says I have one year of parts and labor covered.

Lg has sent me to a service center to fix my broken ubk90 that is under warranty. Lg's warranty says I have one year of parts and labor covered. The service center says I have a 90 day warranty thats expired and lg will only cover parts. Lg has told me to have the store call them, the store says they need lg to email them an apn number. My blu ray player has been fixed for five days or so but the only way they will give it to me is if I pay them. Can anyone here help me since customer support is useless?
