When starting the machine cycle for draining the error code IE displays. I checked the connection, cleaned the filters and also checked by connecting another location still the same. Then I press pause after start button it runs until the next drain period. what could be the issue?

anishmonps, IE would indicate a problem with the unit filling. OE would indicate problem with draining. Check out this link: https://www.lg.com/us/support/product-help/CT10000012-1337714738535-oe

IE is a not filling in time error. I think mine is filling and draining at the same time. I have plenty of water pressure.

The Link sent was for a front load washer and the error in the link addressed a OE issue not an IE issue.

Draining is normally associated with the OE code. The unit will require service. Please reach out to LG at: https://www.facebook.com/LGUSSupport/ or https://twitter.com/LGUSSupport for further assistance.
