I’ve made two online repair requests. I purchased this refrigerator on 3/18/17. The freezer went out last week and now, the refrigerator is struggling. I spoke to a customer rep on the phone Friday who gave me a number to call a Factory Warranty Service. They refuse to even come out unless I pay a non-refundable $125 diagnostic fee regardless if the problem is covered under the 5-year warranty.
I paid $2,400 for this fridge just over 2 years ago and now am told I have to pay to get the warranty?
