You guys are killing me. The compressor went on our LG fridge that we bought new in September of 2015. Called you guys on June 15th because it's under warranty. I still don't have my fridge fixed. The part hasn't even been ordered. We have four young kids, and 7 people in this house, and have been without a fridge since June 15th. I call, and people are friendly and apologetic, but we don't get anywhere. After calling you guys again today, twice, you tell me that you can't get anyone here next week, maybe not until the end of next week, and we're still starting over. I still have to wait for someone to come out, look at it AGAIN, and order a part, then wait for someone to install it. You have already sent AE out! They were here for two hours and determined it was the compressor! They dropped the ball and didn't order the part. Twice I have spoken to your agents (Saturday and this morning) and was told this was unacceptable, and that if they couldn't get it fixed this week, you would replace the fridge. This morning she told me if you couldn't get it fixed by July 4th, you would replace the fridge. Call again, because no one called me back (again), and I'm told it'll be another two weeks, and that replacing the fridge isn't an option. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. A compressor blew on your fridge that was less than 4 years old. I should not have to wait FOUR WEEKS with young kids to get this replaced. This is absolute insanity. I want a new fridge, or I want the one I have fixed this week. Unacceptable
