Mini split won’t go into WiFi mode

I have an LAN180HYV1.  Installed WiFi module and was able to connect and register device.

I have an LAN180HYV1.  Installed WiFi module and was able to connect and register device.  Unit kept disconnecting from router, so add a new router closer to the mini split.  I disconnected the unit from registration and was going to registrater, but unit will not go into WiFi mode. Have disconnected power from unit, but it still will not go into the WiFi mode.  Is there another way to reset the mini split so I can get the unit to go into WiFi?

    willijv, disconnecting the power would be the only way to reset the unit. Has the mini split been deleted from the Smart ThinQ app.

    I did disconnect from power for 72 hours.  I also deleted from the app and also deleted the app and reloaded.  Nothing has worked.

    I’m using apple. But unit won’t going into WiFi, so you don’t get that far to use any device.
