AC says disconnected

I have two AC units utilizing the Smart Thinq app.  One has built in wifi the other one (lmn248hvt) uses a wifi module.

I have two AC units utilizing the Smart Thinq app.  One has built in wifi the other one (lmn248hvt) uses a wifi module. The one connected with the module status shows disconnected after a while of working fine.  It has no ability to reconnect to the wifi unless i shut the whole system down at the breaker.  I have moved the system from a mesh 2.4/5ghz network and connected to a strictly 2.4ghz network but had the same results.  Any help would be appreciated!

    dac634, you will need to reset the device from the breaker. Power cycling them would be the only option to reset the wi-fi module.
