DEBRA

WT1501CW.  Does anyone own this washing machine?  I have tried and tried to find something positive about it and two years later I continue to be disappointed!  I am 5'8 and its hard for me to reach the bottom of the drum to even get the clothes out.

WT1501CW.  Does anyone own this washing machine?  I have tried and tried to find something positive about it and two years later I continue to be disappointed!  I am 5'8 and its hard for me to reach the bottom of the drum to even get the clothes out. Not to mention it just doesn't clean the clothes!  If you choose the Extra Water, Extra Rinse, you are going to be waiting 2 hours or more for your clothes to supposedly wash!  I am so sorry for this purchase..  I  have tried to log into the web site where I registered my appliances and it says I'm locked out.  Ask to send me email and never get one to reset password.  I have to practically wash and scrub stains out before I put them in machine!  On vacation the condo had old fashioned washer with agitator.  I spilled wine on my t shirt.  It was washed Out when the cycle was finished in about 30 minutes.
What to do?  Help

Your machine needs maintenance DkKemp, it tells me your cloths are not cleaning because of some little things you are not doing such as tub cleaning.

    1. Sorry to hear that you are unable to reach the bottom of the unit.
    2. Your unit needs to be cleaned by taking proper maintenance steps. When cloths are not clean, its caused by lack of maintenance of your unit over the years or using too much detergent
If marks or streaks are seen on the clothing, this is likely the result of mold or mildew residue that has re-deposited back onto the clothing. If this is the case, perform a TUB CLEAN and the regular maintenance to help resolve this issue.
I will recommend that you check this link and follow how to clean your washer with proper mainternance steps https://www.lg.com/us/support/product-help/CT00000305-1337626293790-clothing-not-clean and you can also check this https://www.lg.com/us/support/product-help/CT10000010-1400786418920-maintenance
    3. I have seen that you are unable to reset your password into the account where you registered your appliance. I think you may be using a different email. If you are trying to reset your password with a different email from the one you used to register when you bougth the unit, it will never reset. Try your previous email to see if you will be able to reset the password on https://www.lg.com/us/support/mylg/login

There has been a lot of buildup on this washer that needs to be cleaned up. I will like to know the updates of these steps because I want to ensure that your unit is now cleaning properly.
