I have been a computer geek and technophobe my entire life and currently beta test for numerous companies as well as drive a semi for a living - just so you have some context!

 Bugs found so far:

 * No longer showing connections to AT&T’s 5Ge (enhanced LTE) towers - Not sure if it isn’t connecting to them or just not showing it....always showing LTE (even in Settings>General>About phone>Network

* Tethering - limited to 2g speeds ALWAYS even though I am only at 75% of my 15GB Hotspot Limit on my account plan
                   - No USB Tethering (It is Greyed Out even when connected to Laptop or iPad via a USB Cable)
*** I think these issues have been fixed since Clearing Cache Partition but can't test for another week as I am now over my Hotspot Data Limit for another 7 days! ***

* Constantly Asking What Home Screen to use when clicking the Gesture Home button - even though I only have the Stock Launchers installed!

* OTG Support is buggy - Works fine with the default File Manager app (Stock App) but rarely works with third party File Managers like ES File Manager or Files

* Random reboots if I leave more than a couple apps open it will reboot - even when not being used just plugged in with screen on (Settings>Developer Options>Stay Awake)

* Wallpaper >Any Stock Wallpaper>Home screen motion - will not stay turned on, just keeps disabling itself

All of these issues are repeatable or recurring issues. I have been running Android 9 since it was an Alpha on my Essential PH1 phone and never had these issues (or any other repeatable/recurring issues until now with Android 9 Full Release Official AT&T Version for this phone. This is very disappointing.

Just backed up all data using both LG Backup and Google Backup and am now doing a factory reset seeing as the "Reset all Settings" option is no longer available in Android 9 (at least not on this device).
