I got a LG refrigerator today and am attempting to get it to connect to the LG app.

I got a LG refrigerator today and am attempting to get it to connect to the LG app. The method it says I need to use to identify the password (the last 4 digits of the network name typed twice) is not working and I am getting the response that the password is incorrect. Any thoughts on how to address this issue?

    TrevorW, what is the model number to the refrigerator? What are the 4 digits after the network name?
