I have been learning about this horrible image style and how to disable it on many Tv including LG TV True motion. However for the specific model that I have I don’t seem to be able to do so and this is driving me crazy. Please help! Tv is the

nathy373, turning off Tru motion would be the best way to eliminate the soap opera affect. You can try turning off the Energy Saver on the TV. You can also try settings the Dejudder and DeBlur under Tru motion to 0 to see if that helps.

I just bought an LG TV and there is no Tru motion setting. How can I turn off the soap opera effect. It's driving me nuts.

How do i turn off Trumotion effect on my LG 77" OLED C8? There is NO motion setting under "Picture controls" that I can find. After paying over 5K for this TV it looks AWFUL compaired to my seven year old Panasonic Plasma TV. Please reply here and to pfmwebsite@aol.com email.
