LG Screen Manager 2.32 crashes on Mojave

I downloaded the latest (2.32) Screen Manager to check for any firmware updates, but it keeps crashing.  You start the app, the app shows up in the menu bar, but then immediately disappears.  I tried starting from the terminal and it's running into a segfault:

    I also have this issue and the monitor is useless without updating the firmware.  Any help is appreciated.... I'm on MacOs 10.14.6 on a 2017 MacBook Pro 14,2.  Please help!
