Wifi

I'm having trouble connecting my DLE3500W dryer to smart thinq app. Wifi does not blink when I hold in button for 3 seconds.  Perhaps I'm doing wrong...

Jasonatalie, does the unit give any type of chime or beep after pressing it for the 3 seconds? Does the button light up?

I have the same problem but with an LG split A/C unit - unit will beep/chime after 3 seconds but nothing "lights up"? Where is the 'button" that is suppose to light up? Don't know if its the same for dryers but there is no "visible" wifi button so reading everything I can for a solution.

I had the exact same problem with my dryer. I unplugged it for about 5 minutes, and when I plugged it back in, I was able to get it set up again.
