Not connecting to LG store but connecting to apps

Whenever I try to open the LG store on my 46HU6090, I get "CHECK NETWORK CONNECTION (-7)" but I can open Netflix and amazon prime and use both with no problems

    That is certainly a strange problem with the other 2 apps working just fine. Have you tried a factory reset? You can find information on how to perform a factory reset in the help library on lg.com.     If you have yet to perform the factory reset you may be able to check your Region Settings to see if anything may have been changed.
