We have 50 inch UHD TV, we are unable to connect to wireless network connection. But as checked in wired network we are able to connect. Router is 3 feet apart from TV and we are able to connect also.

What is the possible cause and fix for this.

Tinay, does the TV detect your Wi-Fi connection? Have you unplugged the router for 30 seconds and tried connecting again?

Hi Jamal, yes and other devices able to connect. I've already done the troubleshooting steps in LG support, but still cannot detect any wifi network but ethernet is working. Also, the router is less than 3 ft from our TV.

Hi. Were you able to resolve the issue? I’ve been going through the same thing. It just spins forever searching for a network and nothing.
