I have a LG UM7300 tv, and after a few weeks of getting it and setting it up, I now have the issue where the loading circle will appear and not leave the screen, even when I am watching antenna channels. This will go on for hours at a time, and not even turning the tv off and back on again will make it go away.
What is the cause of this, and how can I fix it?

Is your device setup with the Google Assistant or Alexa? How long into viewing does the circles start?

My new tv LG 65SM8600PUA started showing the "loading circle" with the rotating dots continuously in the center of the screen when watching live digital tv via an antenna. It does not show up in any other mode. Even when it's showing the tv is showing the video channels correctly. Turning the tv off/on does not fix it. However, unplugging the power cord and plugging it back in does remove the loading circle for a couple days and then it comes back. I've had the tv for about a month and this problem started in the last week or so. I sure would like to know how to fix this. Any thoughts? Next time it does it I'll set the Quick Start+ plus options in All Settings/General/Additional Settings/Quick Start+ to off and see if this fixes it.

My 65C8 is doing it too but only when I’m using the digital antenna. I have to unplug the tv and hold the power button for 10 secs to get it to go away. I watched tv for 10 mins today before it reappeared.

I just had the same issue. LG support said the Channel Plus app was the problem. He went to settings, General, Channel Plus and disabled it. He said they would update the app soon.

Same issues here. It tends to happen after watching the internet channels then channeling up or down till I get to my regular antenna tv channels. That is when the loading circle pops up and stays on screen. Only way I have been able to get it off the screen without turning features or the tv off is to be on an internet channel (where the circle actually disappears) and then manually input the channel number of the local antenna tv station. Then the loading circle will disappear. This however is really annoying and only recently happened after the latest update to the tv.

Just saw earlier post. Turn off Channel + option under settings, General and it went off. :-)
Post stated they will update Channel+ app soon.
