Has anybody gotten a response from LG on the Netflix/PrimeVideo issues?

I have an HF65LA but don't see either a Netflix or AmazonPrime Video app in the LG Store.  I see others with different LG TVs are having similar issues.

    DWS, I'm not showing Netflix and Amazon prime to be available on the projector.
