Problem with Dish network multiview and 4K shannels

I have an OLED55B6P TV.  When I select Dish network multiview or 4K channel I get a black screen with a message "invalid format".  Dish replaced everything (hopper3, switch, etc).  If I cycle TV power it sometimes works.  Other times I have to reboot my dish receiver  to get it out of the multiview or 4K mode.  Settings>about this TV> says I have the latest software updates.

Has anyone seen this problem? LG customer support has not responded to my inquiries.

    @phillmd, Good day,

    Have you tried different cables? Perhaps a 2,1 HDMI?
