I tried to order a cell phone, my credit card was charged but the order didn't go through. So, my card is saying LG wants
about $1500 and I have no order in progress just the bill.
I have had several customer service people say they would call me back (they have not), have been transferred and forgotten about causing me to wait more than 30 minutes for another person who could not help me. Talked to someone who tried to transfer me
but that organization closed about 2 minutes before.
Have been given numbers that go to voicemail. And now am waiting for some kind of email.
The email said the order didn't go through so contact my card company.
This started Nov 28th.
Can anyone tell me how to get this fixed? I have spent hours on this.
I have LG washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. I have had several phones in the past. I had my heart set on this phone but not anymore. LG has lost a customer.
