    Have a brand new LG Washer and Dryer - WT7300c & DLE7301*E, cant get thinQ software to sync. Stops at 60% sync and says wrong password for my WIFI system, but I know I am putting in the right password...Please help ASAP

    We just got a new dryer and are trying to add multiple users to it.  But whenever I pair it to one account, it disconnects from the other.  I for the life of me cannot figure out how to add registered users to the app.  Please advise.

    Hey, I have the F4J5VY4W washing machine and was wondering, is there a way to add a download cycle with 95 degrees celsius cycle?

    I used way too much laundry detergent and it got smelly and normal 60 degree was or 30min cycle will not clean it. I would like to use the 95 degrees of near boiling deperatures to clean the machine.

    I have a LG UHD 6300 series TV and I can't figure out how to use the remote not a magic remote. I have netflix and amazon to push for streaming video apps. I was pressing a whole bunch of buttons on the remote and found a big list of streaming apps but I can't figure out what I did to see them all. It had vudu sling etc. I pushed the home button that took me to only an edit page. I seriously need help with this.

    Just tried logging on to the thing app in order to register my new Smart ThinQ refrigerator to wi fi network.  for a week the app has been saying "server failed to connect."   can't even get into the app.

    iPhone 11, iOS 13.3
    ThinQ app 3.0.1702000
    WiFi network: Wadhams, strong signal at the machine

    I just got this new dryer and matching washer (a WT7300CW). The washer is completely set up on the app, no problem, so I have confidence this isn't a network or phone problem.

    To set up the dryer, in the app I go to +, dryer, no touch screen, next. On the dryer, I turn it on, and hold the WiFi button until it beeps and starts flashing a red WiFi logo. When I switch to the phone's iOS WiFi screen, the dryer's network is never listed, so I can't proceed to the next step.

    This wasn't a problem with the washer right next to it.

    Why can’t LG let its customers know what the content of a firmware update contains......why does it have to be a secret ? Either a text file on screen, or links on its website, explaining what the update does...thanks

    Hello!
    I just purchased the LG UHD thinQ AI television, and I was wondering if I can change the primary screen? We dont have cable, so everytime the tv is powered on it automatically channels to the fuzzy (and very loud) cable screen. 
    Can we adjust this so that when powered on, it automatically opens the home menu? Or anything else for that matter?

    I’m trying to connect my older model LG smart TV to ThinQ, my phone is able to find my TV but that’s as far as I can get in the connection. It won’t allow me to select my “found” TV. Any idea what the problem is?

    @emikoala,  the energy monitoring would allow you track the number of cycles ran in a given month along with the energy consumption for that particular cycle. I will submit the suggestion to have to have this added in the feature.

    How is the energy monitoring feature for my washer and dryer intended to be useful? The chart has no units and no numbers on the axes. It's not really helpful to me to see that I used a 200 pixel bar of energy one month and a 180 pixel bar of energy the next. Is there any chance of getting an actual label of how many kWh were used?

    product has already been added in a different country .remove the product from that account and try again . how can I remove the product from that account if I do not remember it ?

    This is an edit to a previous question.  I had been unable to connect my LG smart fridge to my wifi.  But I now have succeeded.  I was following the wrong directions.  Once I followed the correct ones, the connection happened just fine.  Love the fridge overall.

    Is there an easy way to transfer my account to another person. We are selling our house and I don't want to have to set it all back up for the person buying our home. It would be nice if I could just transfer it to the new owners email address, or change mine to his within the add and it keep all the settings. Is this possible?

    Dimeji, if it states it isn't available in the country, we would have to wait until the function is released in your region. For an answer as to when, I would need to direct you to LG Nigeria for further support on this.

    Hi! I can see that the rear cameras of the G8s ThinQ are12 MP standard and 16 MP wide angle but I wanna ask how they change according to ratio ? Those numbers are viable for 4:3 ratio but if I change the ratio to 16:9 or whatever the full screen ratio is, what will be the MPs in that case ? Thanks.

    We just had an LG refrigerator delivered.  It is a LRFVC2406S.  Everything works beautifully except the WiFi connection.  I push the wifi icon, it goes on and off for 10 seconds or so, and doesn't connect with my network.  I have both a 2.4 and 5.0 working, so it should connect to the 2.4.  The extender is about 15 feet from the fridge, and the signal is strong. Yet is doesn't connect.  Appreciate any suggestions.

    I have purchased a new washer (LG AI DD F2V5GS0W) with wifi and so on. It can't connect to the ThinQ app (iOS).
    At first, it starts the own wifi network, after I connect my phone to the wifi it shows the connection progress bar in the app, then shows that the device is added... But can never complete the connection and ask me to re-connect every time.

    Last time, on the step when I turn on wifi on the washer, the wifi icon blinks but no wifi visible in the networks list...

    Is there a way to reset the washer to factory settings or something like that?

    I have tried linking the ThinQ app to my google home, but it say the service is currently not available in your country. How can I get this to work?

    B_G2019, If it didn't not take on the washer. You will need to redo the setup in ThinQ. I would unplug the washer for a minute or two and go through the setup process again.
