I have a LG LSXS26326S that we bought at lowes in 2017 and has had 3 service call for water and ice maker not working within the firts 30 days.
On 11/7/ 2019 it has stoped cooling or freezing. I called LG suport and did the smart diagnosis, NO ERRORS.
I call back and was told that a tech would have to come check it out. I asked how soon and if it would be covered under warranty and was told the compressor was covered but thats all. I would have to pay for labor and any other parts.
can this be covered
