Hi I have a c9 and have the issue where my magic remote no longer controls my xbox. I see that you have posted instructions on how to get it to work again with out disabling earc. The problem is my settings options are different than the pictures you posted, I cannot find universal control settings. Any help would be appreciated this has been bugging me for months. Thanks.

Hi, I would like to start with the customer service for the RA DEPARTMENT is horrible. I returned an OLED TV that went bad on me. I loved my tv and still love Oleds. I was asked to mail my tv back and they would send a partial refund part of the buy back program. The tv was returned about 3 months ago and let's just say nothing has happened. I bought another Lg tv 65 Nano for a temporary replacement. I still would like to get a OLED someday in the future but after this experience I think I will pass and eventually go a different route.

I am at my wit's end with this awful tv. It just turned black all of a sudden. This week it just decided to randomly turn off several times a day. This tv is 2 maybe 3 years old. Surely They should last longer than that! More trouble with this tv than any other I've ever owned. I have 3 lg tv sets. If i have to throw this one out, i will swear off lg forever. So so frustrated.!!

I purchased one of your stove tops and hoods from Best Buy and one of your combo ovens (model LG LSWC307ST) from US Appliance. As I am writing this, both of these "LG Authorized Dealers" are shown on your website of having this item in stock which has been the case since November. The oven I bought from US Appliance came extremely dented. We ended up returning it and then buying one from WDC which per your website had it in stock (and they have a location close to us). We bought the item on-line (WDC order #60517) back in November. Were charged and then advised that the item was not in stock and that due to COVID your factory was running behind and the estimated delivery was 6-8 weeks and subject to change. We thus have had a hole in our cabinet and been without an oven over the holidays, which is all the more challenging when due to COVID, its being advised to stay at home as much as possible (yet being terribly limited in our ability to cook). Suffice it to say, my wife has been rather upset. So, last week I followed up with WDC only to be advised that it is still not in and now there is no ETA. I asked for clarification and they stated, "As we previously mentioned, manufacturers are experiencing difficulties with production and fulfilling back orders due to the pandemic. This item has been discontinued and is no longer in production. May I suggest switching to another model LWC3063ST, this unit is still in production and is priced at $3,499.00." We had purchased this item previously at a discounted price in November so this would equate to 1) a lesser oven (not fingerprint resistant nor true European Convection, fast preheat, delay bake, etc.); 2) us having to pay over $1,000 more; and 3) it not being the LG Studio Suite line, which in part defeats our reason for going with your product to begin with. Unfortunately, we already had the Studio stovetop and hood installed.
So, now if we go with another LG model, but again be defeating the matching purpose plus reducing the potential resale value of our home due to mismatched aesthetic and different product capabilities which might discourage buyers. We could go entirely with another brand for all of the items, but then again, it would cost us more money and hassle relative to installation, not to mention we wanted your items after lots of researching of alternatives. Consequently, we feel stuck. I had to pay for the return shipping of the initial oven after we tried to see if it was even workable (which meant my having to pay for installation and then removal). I also had to pay WDC up front so I have been without that money over the holidays and during a time when due to COVID finances are very troubled and again, we STILL don't have an oven. We would have not gotten rid of our prior oven had we not thought it was a matter of days to get the proper oven installed. Your site LG LSWC307ST: 1.7/4.7 cu. ft. Smart wi-fi Enabled Combination Double Wall Oven | LG USA should not depict that your Authorized Dealers have items in stock which apparently are not only not in stock, but are potentially even discontinued and no longer even in production. What's worse is your website Note, the WDC site also did not say anything about the item not being in stock and we only learned about it from them in a follow up email. We are extremely upset at this point and would like to know what your firm can to to make this matter right so we can have our kitchen put back together ASAP without it being of lesser quality and costing us additional money.
I have done some checking and large retailers such as Home Depot are still listing the item for sale. In fact, your website LG LSWC307ST: 1.7/4.7 cu. ft. Smart wi-fi Enabled Combination Double Wall Oven | LG USA still currently shows 7 different LG Authorized Distributors as having this item in stock, plus your website even highlights the "benefits of LG Authorized Distributors.". Yet apparently they don't. When you go to websites some say 6-8 weeks or 4-6 or simply being back ordered, so I find it hard to believe it is no longer being produced.
Since prices on ovens have risen substantially, it seems WDC has little motivation to try and help. I received an email from LGE Administrator <customerservice@lge.com> a week ago, basically just referring me back to WDC. That same email indicated: "Should you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us again via Email, Live Chat, or Phone by calling 800-243-0000. I have now tried all three options, to no avail. The Live Chat operator indicated they were just for technical support and when I asked to communicate with a supervisor, the representative ended up disconnecting me. The phone number representative talked about your back office and referred me back to the LG.com/US site, which is what began much of this mess. The email address apparently was only a send, not receive address and no other address was given. So, now I am trying this route. At this point, I really would like to just know if LG is even going to producing any more of this model??? If so, when? And if so, what are the chances WDC will get one for my order? For all I know, they don't even want one because it might coincide with them having to pay your firm more now than they sold it to me for.
This shouldn't be that difficult to address. Some manager should realize how horrendous the lack of customer service has been from both LG and also one of your promoted Authorized Distributors and feel an obligation to rectify the situation.

TV LG55LE8500. It works, and you can see the movement of what is on the screen. BUT due to "my" fine tuning past the guidelines, the picture on the screen is blown up out of proportion, [like magnified to 10 times regular size], and consequently blurred and not visable due to the distorted size. [probably have incorrect aspect ratio]. Never had a problem prior to me, trying to make the picture the best and I went too far with the adjustments. Since the picture is blown up so much it has no clarity due to distorted size. Someone needs to be able to adjust it back or find how to set it back to factory standards. It;s a LG 55LE8500
Not hooked up to a cable now. [NOTE: Since everything is way out of proportion and consequently not visible to see or read I have been unable to attempt to follow any instructions on the TV or find anything on TV, if directed to]. When TV turned on shows a muted white area, size of a 8.5 x 11 which will move around the page. When I press input then it will fill up total screen with grey area on left 1/2 and muted white for other 1/2. Both show graduated lines top to bottom, [left very faint due to grey, & rt muted white with last 3 lines with dark or black edges] Lines are about 2" wide but actually 1.5: with dark grey or black border or edges.Ratio, Q.menu, Home, Exit, all change picture on screen, [no real picture just grey verticle lines], with ratio button putting a large square white area, about 12x12, [under the lines], on right side, leaving area 6" above & below white area alone.
Again never had any problems until I "tried" to fine tune picture. Then is an older model around 2011.

From EU, been having the green tint issue for almost 1 year without realizing what it was, thought it was the lighting in the room. LG support told me to keep doing pixel refresh but to no avail. The TV is just over 3 years old so LG support i called won't help me at all and forwarded me to a workshop to get it fixed out of my own pocket, not even partial cover. Paid $2000 for this TV because i was hoping that it was quality and to serve me at minimum 5+ years. I'm really bummed and i wont touch a LG product ever again if this is how you guys treat your customers even thought it's clearly a design problem

Our new dishwasher washes great, and after figuring out the right detergent to use to eliminate a smell, I'm very happy.
However, it has recently had an issue where the whole front display and lights flash very rapidly and it beeps very fast. The first time was about 5 minutes in to a wash cycle, I had to flip the breaker to get it to stop. Tried smart diagnostics to no avail, it had no errors, even while the beeping/flashing continued. Opening the door, holding the power button down, nothing stopped it. The most recent time was overnight, the full cycle ran and the front now reads End as normal, but it woke me up in the middle of the night beeping and the front display and cycle indicators blinking rapidly. It eventually stopped and has been quiet since and reads End like nothing happened.
It's only about 4 months old at this point, but I'm looking to see if anyone else has experienced this and had it fixed.

Hi,
I have 49UJ6300 TV and I am having problem with wifi/wired network connection. Sometime my TV shows me WIFI is turned off and I cannot turn it on at any cost. If I connect Lan Cable (wired connection) then it keep goin on and off while streaming. I have done quick start disable and all steps whatever mentioned in different blogs. It does not resolve my problem at all. I read and you mentioned to people that this needed to be serviced.
