bought lg top freezer refrigerator model LTCS24223D I have had is just about 24hrs and I understand that it takes a bit for things to adjust and fridge is still not very cold at all so I call customer service spoke with mark and gave him the model number so he would know which item I had and he asked me for the temp on my screen on my fridge um hello I do not have that kind of fridge for one. customer service rep Mark was not helpful at all could not answer my questions at all and was rude and in a hurry to get me off the phone.stated wait till complete 24hrs and call us back. if this is how LG trains their employees to be rude and rush you off the phone I can guarantee this will result in a return of LG's product and loss of a customer for life this beyond irritating to be treated in such a manor.
